If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911. However, if you need advice for a non-emergency medical concern, please call us. Calls are received during our office hours. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and your call will be returned promptly. Messages left after hours will be returned the next business day.

The H2U Health Center does not see patients on observed holidays.

Make appointments by calling our office during office hours at (615) 344-2500. Walk-ins are welcomed, but appointments are preferred.

To better serve the needs of all our patients, we ask that you call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule appointments. We make every effort to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise. If we are seriously delayed, we attempt to notify patients beforehand.

We are happy to help with refill requests during regular office hours, so please call us to let us know what you need.
